kate dalton – Physiotherapist
Kate has over 10 years of experience within a broad base of physiotherapy settings since qualifying in the UK in 2005. She has worked for 10 years in South Africa in acute care hospitals, with elite athletes as team physio for a premier soccer team, within industry for BHP Billiton and South 32, a special needs school in rural Zululand and chronic care facilities.
She has a particular interest in hand and upper limb therapy, respiratory care, musculoskeletal injuries including pre and post-surgical orthopaedic rehabilitation. She especially enjoys working with aged patients as well as injured workers.
Kate has five children and two cats. Her sporting history is as varied as her working career and includes ballet, rugby and marathon running; she now enjoys boating and mountain cycling.
